First Baptist Church of Muncie, Indiana

As of January, we have $2,556 donated toward the Basic Utility Vehicle for the school in Yei, Sudan, Africa. Shawnee heights Baptist Church took a special Christmas Eve offering for the project which netted $181. All three of our American Baptist churches have now participated. We are still in contact with some other churches.
Good news from the New Sudan Education Initiative office. Two schools out east have become sister schools to the Sudan school. The two schools in the states are hoping to raise the money to ship the BUV once we get it built and ready to send. This would be a tremendous help to our efforts.
